MODA NA KUCHNIĘ KASZUBSKĄ

Już 16 mar­ca za­pra­sza­my wszyst­kich mi­ło­śni­ków kuch­ni ka­szub­skiej oraz tych, któ­rzy uwiel­bia­ją po­zna­wać no­we sma­ki, na wy­jąt­ko­we warsz­ta­ty ku­li­nar­ne, któ­re po­pro­wa­dzi gość spe­cjal­ny – Be­ata Śnie­chow­ska. Pod czuj­nym okiem zwy­cięż­czy­ni dru­giej edy­cji pro­gra­mu Ma­ster Chef uczest­ni­cy bę­dą mo­gli spraw­dzić się w ro­li pro­fe­sjo­nal­nych ku­cha­rzy w spe­cjal­nie za­aran­żo­wa­nej stre­fie na te­re­nie na­szej ga­le­rii.

Warsz­ta­ty od­bę­dą się w czte­rech tu­rach, z cze­go dwie de­dy­ko­wa­ne są dzie­ciom wraz z ro­dzi­ca­mi. W każ­dej tu­rze warsz­ta­tów mo­że wziąć udział 12 uczest­ni­ków. Wszyst­kie pa­ry bę­dą przy­go­to­wy­wa­ły zu­pę bru­kwio­wą po ka­szub­sku, a do­dat­ko­wo: dzie­ci plin­ce ka­szub­skie, a do­ro­śli śle­dzi­ka po ka­szub­sku. Od­bę­dzie się tak­że po­kaz ku­li­nar­ny. Przy­go­to­wa­nym, wy­jąt­ko­wym da­niem – no­wo­cze­sną in­ter­pre­ta­cją słyn­nej po­tra­wy Ka­szub i Po­mo­rza „FREKASE” – bę­dzie­my czę­sto­wać na­szych Klien­tów.

Uczest­ni­cy warsz­ta­tów otrzy­ma­ją far­tu­chy oraz czap­ki ku­char­skie, dla każ­dej pa­ry rów­nież prze­wi­dzia­ny jest upo­mi­nek.

Do­dat­ko­wą atrak­cją bę­dą sto­iska jar­mar­ko­we, na któ­rych zo­sta­ną wy­sta­wio­ne spe­cja­ły ka­szub­skich go­spo­dyń wiej­skich. Pa­nie, pod­czas zma­gań warsz­ta­to­wych, bę­dą słu­ży­ły ra­dą uczest­ni­kom.

Za­pla­no­wa­li­śmy rów­nież spe­cjal­ną stre­fę dla dzie­ci z wie­lo­ma atrak­cja­mi.
